Help and common questions
- Do I need an account to listen?
- No. Anyone can browse and listen to public audio. An account lets you save episodes, keep your place across devices, report content, and publish as a creator.
- How do I start publishing?
- Create an account, confirm your email, then set up your creator channel from the dashboard. From there you can upload audio and create shows.
- What files can I upload?
- MP3 and M4A files up to 50 MB. WAV is not accepted yet; most recording apps can export to MP3 or M4A. Cover images can be JPG, PNG, or WebP up to 5 MB.
- When is my upload finished?
- Only after three checks pass: the file is fully stored, its contents are confirmed to be real MP3 or M4A audio, and it plays back from storage. If any step fails you will see the reason and can retry.
- What do Draft, Public, Unlisted, and Scheduled mean?
- Draft is visible only to you. Public appears in search and browsing. Unlisted can be played by anyone with the link but is not listed. Scheduled becomes public at the time you choose.
- Can listeners download my audio?
- Only if you turn on downloads for that episode. It is off by default.
- How do I report something?
- Sign in, open the episode, and choose Report. Read the Content Guidelines for what is not allowed.
- Keyboard and screen reader use
- All player controls are buttons with labels, the progress bar works with arrow keys, and a skip link at the top of each page jumps to the main content. Let us know if something does not work for you.
